Management Team
Greg Lankfer, President
Greg joined cynoSure Financial in 2018 and is responsible for leading the planning and strategic direction of the business. Greg started his career with Deloitte Haskins & Sells (Deloitte) after graduating from Michigan State University with a BS in Accounting. After spending several years as a CPA specializing in Financial Services, Auto Dealers and Manufacturing Clients, in 1992 Greg cofounded LDI Plastics, a division of LDI Inc. In 1997 Greg merged the plastics division into the parent company and became its President in 2000. Greg led the sale of LDI, Inc., to a German based conglomerate and remained until 2007 per the transition agreement. In 2007 Greg became a Principle of a leading provider to the Financial Services and Insurance industry. In November 2018, Greg acquired cynoSure Financial as part of the company’s strategic vertical integration. He maintains a CPA and insurance licenses in all 50 States.
Robert Lemcke, Chief Financial Officer
Robert joined cynoSure Financial, Inc. in 2001 and is responsible for overseeing the accounting functions of the company. His responsibilities include: preparing financial statements, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, collecting premium from clients and obtaining claim payments from underwriters. Prior to joining cynoSure Financial, Inc. Robert held CFO positions in healthcare and telecommunications. He worked for several years in public accounting. Robert earned a BA in Accounting from Alma College and also holds a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) Degree.
Lisa Tkalcac, Chief Information Officer
Lisa joined cynoSure Financial, Inc. in 2002 and is responsible for cynoSure Financial, Inc.'s data management systems and procedures. Her responsibilities include: reporting premium and data to various insurance carriers, ensuring strict compliance with data standards and maintaining the integrity of incoming or outgoing data. Prior to joining cynoSure Financial, Inc. Lisa worked in the extended warranty and product enhancement insurance industry for 12 years. During that time she was involved with BMW, Dell Financial, Road America, and Volkswagen of America. Lisa earned a BS in Business Administration – Finance from Oakland University.
Julianna Hardiman, Executive Vice President
Julianna joined cynoSure Financial, Inc. in 2009 and is responsible for cynoSure Financial, Inc.'s data management, reporting processes, and call center operations. Her responsibilities include: reporting premium and data to various insurance carriers in accordance with strict processes to ensure compliance, managing the development and implementation of our on-line claims portal, for new and existing clients; managing our call center operations team. Prior to joining cynoSure Financial, Inc. Julianna worked in the accounting and finance industry for 10 years. During that time she was involved with CommuniComm Cable and Asset Acceptance Capital Corp. Julianna earned a BS in Business Administration from Walsh College in 2007. She holds claim adjuster licenses in several states.
